Most of the team works remotely. We don't have mandatory stand-ups or status meetings. We measure output, not hours.

Where we hire

Four areas.
All of them matter.

We hire slowly. We'd rather wait for the right person than fill a seat with the wrong one.

Engineering

Backend (FastAPI/Django), frontend (React/Next.js), ML (proctoring pipelines), DevOps. We hire for depth, not breadth.

Product

Former educators and edtech operators who understand institutions. You'll work directly with college admins and faculty.

Design

UI/UX for complex workflows — assessment builders, proctoring dashboards, admin portals. Functional over decorative.

Operations

Customer success, onboarding, and implementation. Domain knowledge of academic workflows matters more than sales experience.
