Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the KeneLabs AI platform and website. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us at info@kenelabsai.com before using our services.
Acceptance
By accessing kenelabsai.com or using any KeneLabs AI service, you agree to these terms. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an institution, you confirm that you have authority to bind that institution to these terms.
Services
KeneLabs AI provides academic assessment infrastructure, proctoring intelligence, secure interview tooling, and software development services. The specific features available to your institution are governed by your subscription plan and any applicable service agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to conduct assessments for purposes other than those agreed at onboarding, to attempt to reverse-engineer or extract training data from our systems, to share login credentials across individuals, or to use our platform in any manner that violates applicable law.
Data & privacy
Student data processed through our platform is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement. Our marketing website privacy policy covers data collected through this site. Both documents are available on request.
Intellectual property
All platform code, algorithms, UI designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of KeneLabs AI. Your institution retains ownership of all content (questions, tests, student responses) created on the platform.
Uptime & support
We target 99.9% platform availability. Planned maintenance is communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Support response times are governed by your subscription tier. We do not guarantee specific resolution times for issues outside our control.
Limitation of liability
KeneLabs AI is not liable for decisions made by your institution based on platform outputs, including integrity flags or assessment scores. All integrity signals are advisory. Human review remains the responsibility of your institution.
Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your institution's data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. Access to the platform ceases at the end of the billing period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the registered admin of your institution at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
