What we collect
On this marketing website we collect only what you voluntarily provide: your name, email, organisation, phone number, and message when you submit the contact form or book a demo. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or advertising cookies.
How we use it
Information you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry or to schedule the demo you requested. We store your booking details in our database to prevent double-booking and to send you a confirmation email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party except as required by law.
Email communications
When you submit our contact form or book a demo, you will receive one automatic confirmation email. We will only send further emails if you have explicitly requested follow-up information. You can opt out of any future communications by replying to any email we send you.
Cookies
This website uses a single first-party cookie to store your dark/light mode preference. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. If you disable cookies, the site will continue to function normally except your theme preference will not be saved.
Data retention
Contact form submissions and demo bookings are retained for 12 months and then permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@kenelabsai.com. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
Platform data
This policy applies only to the KeneLabs AI marketing website (kenelabsai.com). If your institution uses the KeneLabs assessment platform, a separate Data Processing Agreement governs how student and institutional data is handled. Contact us to request a copy.
Security
All data is transmitted over TLS 1.3. Our servers are hosted in India. Access to stored contact data is restricted to authorised KeneLabs personnel only. We conduct periodic access reviews.
