KeneLabs AI is committed to handling the information you share with us responsibly. This policy explains what we collect on this website, how we use it, and how you can control it.
What we collect
On this marketing website we collect only what you voluntarily provide: your name, email, organisation, phone number, and message when you submit the contact form or book a demo. We do not use tracking pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or advertising cookies.
How we use it
Information you submit is used solely to respond to your enquiry or to schedule the demo you requested. We store your booking details in our database to prevent double-booking and to send you a confirmation email. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party except as required by law.
Email communications
When you submit our contact form or book a demo, you will receive one automatic confirmation email. We will only send further emails if you have explicitly requested follow-up information. You can opt out of any future communications by replying to any email we send you.
Cookies
This website uses a single first-party cookie to store your dark/light mode preference. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. If you disable cookies, the site will continue to function normally except your theme preference will not be saved.
Data retention
Contact form submissions and demo bookings are retained for 12 months and then permanently deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@kenelabsai.com. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
Platform data
This policy covers only the marketing website (kenelabsai.com). The KeneLabs assessment platform used by students and institutions is governed by the in-product Terms & Privacy Notice each student accepts at sign-in, and by a Data Processing Agreement with each institution. In summary, the platform processes: identity and academic records; code submissions and derived integrity analysis; device, session and IP data; browser-activity and camera/microphone proctoring during tests and interviews (still images are stored only when a potential issue is detected); AI interview voice recordings; and, where an institution enables it, a face photo and face template used to verify a student's identity at the start of proctored assessments. Retention ranges from 30 days (proctoring images) and 90 days (voice recordings, face data after a student leaves) to 3 years (academic records after a student becomes inactive). Security
Data is transmitted over TLS. Marketing-website contact data and platform account and academic records are stored on servers in India; platform images, audio recordings and face templates are stored with our object-storage provider on servers in Germany, under contractual data-protection safeguards. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and, for a student's proctoring records, to authorised reviewers at that student's institution. We conduct periodic access reviews.
DPDP Act (India) Compliance & Data Rights
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023) of India, users and data principals have the right to access, correct, update, and request erasure of their personal data processed by KeneLabs AI. Where consent is the legal basis of data processing (such as camera and microphone proctoring during assessments), you retain the right to withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive penalty.
