Annual billing is charged once per year upfront. You get 1 month free — saving about 8% compared to monthly billing. You can cancel before your renewal date for a prorated refund of remaining months.

Quarterly billing charges 3 months upfront at the standard monthly rate — no discount, just a longer billing cycle. You can switch to monthly or annual at your next renewal.

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

A student seat is any user account enrolled in at least one active course. Deactivated or removed student accounts do not count toward your plan limit.
